The 9th UNESCO Africa Engineering Week and the 7th Africa Engineering Conference, which will bring together leading experts, visionaries, and thought leaders from diverse sectors across Africa, creating an invaluable platform for sharing ground-breaking ideas, best practices, and fostering meaningful connections within the engineering community. Your company’s participation as a sponsor in this event presents a unique opportunity to showcase your brand and network with the best of the best in Africa’s built and engineering sectors.
We are pleased to offer exciting opportunities for organisations to exhibit at the event – there are only 20 spots available! The exhibition cost, which is R25,000 (Incl. VAT) and includes ONLY a standard 3×4 stand (any additional requirements, such as furniture, will be at the exhibitor’s expense). The package also accommodates up to three representatives from your organisation at no cost and meals for the three-day event, allowing your team to fully engage in the conference. The setup day is scheduled for 24 September 2023.
Sponsorship opportunities will allow chance to engage with the event on various levels, from Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorships to specific sponsorships for awards, gala dinners, cocktails, and exhibitions. Each sponsorship tier offers distinct benefits that will not only enhance your brand visibility but also contribute to the success of this event. Your support will not only be recognized during the event but also throughout the marketing and promotional activities leading up to the conference in line with the type of sponsorship opted for.
