Collaborating for Engineering Excellence Across Africa

Partnerships lie at the heart of the 9th UNESCO Africa Engineering Week and the 7th Africa Engineering Conference, themed “Celebrating Engineering Excellence in the African Region.” This annual event, proudly hosted by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) in 2023, gains its strength from the collaborative efforts of esteemed organisations: the Federation of African Engineering Organisations (FAEO), the World Federation of Engineering Organisations (WFEO), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Together, these influential bodies join forces to amplify the impact of engineering on the African continent, paving the way for a prosperous future driven by engineering excellence and collective action.
